First Private Credit Bureau of Azerbaijan, “Azerbaijan Credit Bureau” LLC ( ACB) has been established on the 15th of January, 2018 by eight big banks of the country. ACB, being one of the main components of the financial infrastructure, has signed contracts to exchange information with 198 organizations that include Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 26 banks, 21 banks that are in liquidation process, 56 non-bank credit organizations, 5 non-bank credit organizations that are in liquidation process, 35 credit unions, 5 leasing companies, 22 insurance companies, 3 mobile, 3 utility services operators and 17 retail companies, 1 factoring and 1 collector companies as a date of 01 march of 2022.

ACB collects and analyzes information belonging to individuals and legal entities, and minimizes the risks of legal entities and individuals who are data users by assessing potential customers, monitoring the behavior of existing customers and providing the most up-to-date portfolio management solutions. AKB compiles, analyzes and submits data collected from data providers in the form of credit reports. Thus, it serves to reduce credit risks by reducing financial asymmetry.

Founders

On December 20, 2017, the General Meeting of Founders of 8 major banks of the country decided to establish “Azerbaijan Credit Bureau” LLC. The authorized capital of the Company consists of 8 equal parts with a total amount of 2,000,000 (two million) manats, each with a nominal value of 1,000 (one thousand) manats and 2,000 (two thousand) shares.

In 2002-2007 he worked as a leading specialist and senior specialist in the Information Technology Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2007-2016, he was the head of the Central Bank's Centralized Credit Registry Service.

In 2016-2018, he continued to work as the head of the Central Credit Registry Service of the Chamber of Control over Financial Markets.

On February 1, 2018, by the decision of the General Meeting of Founders of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau, he was appointed General Director.
