The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) collects and analyzes data belonging to individuals and legal entities, and helps its data users—both legal and natural persons—minimize their risks by providing the latest solutions for assessing potential clients, monitoring the behavior of existing clients, and managing portfolios. ACB compiles the data collected from its data providers into credit reports, analyzes it, and delivers it based on user requests. This contributes to reducing financial asymmetry and mitigating credit risks.
ACB exchanges data with over 280 organizations, and its main activities include working with large-scale data, as well as providing its partners with credit reports, scoring, and analytical solutions. To achieve these goals, ACB is seeking a Junior Specialist for its Business Development Department.
About the Vacancy:
Position: Junior Specialist
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with the Bureau’s partners and ensure incoming requests and inquiries are handled promptly and accurately
- Conduct monitoring and provide consultation to ensure data is submitted to the Bureau in accordance with legal requirements
- Review inquiries from partners, resolve arising problems and difficulties, and provide appropriate support
- Support new organizations in integrating into the Bureau’s database and collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues
- Participate in the development process of the Bureau’s new products and services
- Review incoming official letters and inquiries to the Bureau and prepare responses
- Prepare various statistical reports as assigned by management
Required Education and Work Experience:
- Higher education in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economic Cybernetics, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or finance
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of Russian
- Basic Excel skills (data processing using advanced formulas, preparing reports with PivotTables, etc.)
- Skills in visualization tools are a plus
- Studying abroad is an advantage
