Azerbaijan Credit Bureau participated in trainings on "Financial literacy and access to financial opportunities" for women entrepreneurs
July 9-13, 2024, on behalf of "Accessbank " JSC Republic of Azerbaijan State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons and the International Private Enterprise Center, a training on "Financial literacy and access to financial opportunities" was organized for women entrepreneurs in Baku and Ganja .
Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) also made a presentation on "The role of credit history in improving access to credit" in the relevant training. The presentation provided an overview of the credit bureau, ACB's services, scope, information that makes up credit history, users' rights, methods of obtaining credit history, as well as detailed information on methods of disputing credit history.
Training participants were also given detailed information about the first digital credit history platform - Findoc portal (Portal) launched by ACB. The portal allows individuals to access their credit history information online by registering completely electronically. Through the Portal, which operates continuously on a 24/7 basis, individuals are provided with the right to request free of charge twice a year. Currently, the number of users of the Findoc portal has reached 80 thousand people.
Individuals can benefit from the following services by registering on the Portal:
- credit history;
- score report;
- disputing the credit history;
- receiving an e-mail notification about the days of delay recorded in the credit history;
- obtaining the credit report in PDF format;
- obtaining a credit report signed with Asan Imza;
- redirection of the credit report from the official e-mail of ACB to another email address.
Additionally, it was reported that ACB, which was founded in 2018 by 8 banks, currently cooperates with more than 250 organizations. ACB collects and analyzes the data of individuals and legal entities and minimizes their risks by providing state-of-the-art solutions for evaluating potential customers, monitoring the behavior of existing customers, and managing portfolios. ACB collects data from data providers in the form of a credit report, analyzes it and makes it available upon request from users. It also serves to minimize credit risks by reducing financial asymmetry.
