A meeting was held between the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau and the Pudao Credit Bureau of China.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB), Mr. Elchin Habibov, held a meeting with Mr. Jin Bo, Chief Executive Officer of Pudao Credit Bureau (PCB), one of the leading credit bureaus of the People’s Republic of China, along with his delegation. The meeting took place in Beijing, the capital of China, as part of a visit to Chinese banking institutions organized by the Azerbaijan Banks Association.

During the meeting, PCB provided a detailed overview of its product and service portfolio, including alternative reporting, risk assessment tools, and other services. In addition, PCB presented its market position as well as its extensive partner network, highlighting its cooperation model with financial institutions, fintech companies, and other financial market participants.

Furthermore, the features of PCB’s scoring systems, large-scale data processing capabilities, the use of alternative data sources, and risk assessment mechanisms based on artificial intelligence models were brought to the attention of the participants.

ACB also delivered a presentation on its activities, focusing on supporting the digital development of the banking sector in Azerbaijan. The presentation covered its analytical solutions and scoring system FinScore, analytical reporting module FinVision, the digital platform Findoc, which enables citizens to access their credit histories, as well as other innovative services and ACB’s strategic vision for digital transformation.

The meeting was of particular importance in terms of discussing strategic perspectives, development priorities, and areas of activity between the parties. The discussions included an extensive exchange of views on credit information infrastructure, the development of data ecosystems, analytical approaches, and the application of modern technologies in credit reporting systems.

During the meeting, potential areas of cooperation between the parties were explored, and mutual interest was expressed in strengthening regional ties and implementing joint initiatives in the future.
