A new Chairman has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau

At the 24th meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the “Azerbaijan Credit Bureau” LLC (ACB), the new composition of the Supervisory Board was approved. Heybat Gadirov has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board and simultaneously as its Chairman.

Heybat Gadirov currently serves as the Acting Chairman of the Management Board of “Unibank KB” OJSC. He has over 15 years of experience in retail banking, business development, and strategic leadership. In 2009, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2012 he received a Master’s degree in the same field from the same university.

Currently, the Supervisory Board of ACB consists of seven members, who are selected from among senior executives of the founding banks. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Heybat Gadirov (“Unibank KB” OJSC), and the other members are Zamik Mammadov (“International Bank of Azerbaijan” OJSC), Royam Huseynzade (“Xalq Bank” OJSC), Elnur Hasanov (“Bank Respublika” OJSC), Javid Mirzayev (“Kapital Bank” OJSC), Aydin Huseynov (“Rabitabank” OJSC), and Seymur Aliyev (“Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC).

It is noted that ACB collects and analyzes data belonging to individuals and legal entities, and, by providing state-of-the-art solutions for evaluating potential customers, monitoring existing customer behavior, and managing portfolios, minimizes their risks for legal entities and individual users of information. ACB compiles data received from data providers into credit reports, analyzes them, and provides them upon user request. In doing so, it contributes to reducing credit risk by decreasing financial asymmetry.
