Member of the Supervisory Board of "Azerbaijan Credit Bureau" LLC has been changed

In accordance with the decision made at the meeting No. 19 of "Azerbaijan Credit Bureau" LLC (Bureau) dated May 17, 2024, the member of the Supervisory Board Ahmet Kudret İşler (former member of the Board of Directors of “Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC) was replaced by Seymur Aliyev (member of the Board of Directors of “Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC). The new composition of the Supervisory Board has been registered with the relevant state institutions.

It should be noted that currently there are 7 members of the Supervisory Board of the Bureau, and they were selected from among the executives of the constituent banks. Chairman of the Supervisory Board Farid Abushov ("Unibank KB" OJSC), other members are Zamiq Mammadov ("International Bank of Azerbaijan" OJSC), Royam Huseynzade (OJSC "Xalq" Bank), Elnur Hasanov ("Bank Respublika" OJSC), Javid Mirzayev ( "Kapital Bank" OJSC), Aydin Huseynov ("Rabitabank" OJSC) and Seymur Aliyev ("Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan" OJSC).

It should be recalled that on January 15, 2018, the Bureau was established on the initiative of 8 banks operating in the country - "International Bank of Azerbaijan", "Bank Respublika", "Xalq Bank", "Kapital Bank", "PASHA Bank", "Rabitabank", "Unibank" and "Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan" OJSC. The Bureau is an institution that collects, stores, and analyzes credit history data from credit organizations, including leasing, insurance, utility service companies, retail companies, as well as other databases related to debt obligations and it ensures the formation of reports, the provision of individual ratings to borrowers and the implementation of other value-added services.
