Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) was represented at the VIII International Banking Forum held in Baku on December 3-4
The Findoc platform, the first business-to-customer platform of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau, was also represented at the VIII International Banking - "Reliable, safe and sustainable banking" forum held in Baku on December 3-4. In order to obtain digital credit histories, the participants of the forum were given the opportunity to register physically as well as online from the "Findoc" portal (Portal), and all questions about the Portal were answered in detail.
The Portal, developed on the basis of advanced international practice, is integrated with the database of ACB and is a single platform where individuals have access to debt information collected about themselves in credit institutions.
The services currently offered by the portal are as follows:
- credit history;
- score report;
- disputing the credit history;
- notification about the days of delay;
- obtaining the credit report in PDF format;
- obtaining a credit report signed with Asan Imza;
- redirection of the credit report from the official e-mail address of ACB to another e-mail address.
Individuals who register by visiting the website https://findoc.az/, can get a free credit and score report twice a year. The portal, which has close to 100,000 users, operates 24/7.
At the same time, detailed information about ACB's new services, "FinScore" and "FinVision" products, was presented to the exhibition participants.
ACB partners have the opportunity to obtain detailed information about the current state of their market shares by conducting a comparative analysis of their portfolio data with market participants across various sectors and segment groups through the "FinVision" visual analytics portal, which is prepared in the benchmarking report format widely used in international practice. Financial institutions can use relevant reports for the purpose of formulating short, medium and long-term development strategies, developing and evaluating risk strategies, as well as conducting a comprehensive analysis when introducing new products and services to the market.
The newly launched scoring service by ACB - "FinScore" was developed on the basis of a special mathematical-statistical model in order to contribute to the increase of financial inclusion by supporting the determination of borrowers' ability to repay loans and financial discipline. When using the new service, in addition to the person's current score, both partners and citizens through the Portal also obtains the 4 main criteria that influence the formation of the score, as well as the score history of the person for the last 12 months. The predictive power of the scoring model, developed in collaboration with the Türkiye’s Credit Registration Bureau, is quite high (Gini coefficient - 72.2).
Azerbaijan Credit Bureau was established in 2018 with the founding of 8 banks and currently cooperates with more than 250 organizations. ACB collects and analyzes the data of individuals and legal entities and minimizes their risks by providing state-of-the-art solutions for evaluating potential customers, monitoring the behavior of existing customers, and managing portfolios. At the same time, it compiles the data it collects from the data providers in the form of a credit report, analyzes it and presents it to the users based on their request. It also serves to minimize credit risks by reducing financial asymmetry.
