Meeting Held Between the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau and Kazakhstan’s “First Credit Bureau”

As part of his business visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Elchin Habibov, Chief Executive Officer of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB), held a meeting with Mr. Aidos Bekov, Chief Executive Officer of one of Kazakhstan’s leading credit bureaus, “First Credit Bureau”, and the delegation led by him.

The meeting was organized within the framework of the Association of Eurasian Credit Information Providers (ACIPE), chaired by Azerbaijan, and took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The meeting is of significant importance in terms of expanding cooperation among institutions operating in the field of credit information, promoting the exchange of experience, and developing regional partnership opportunities.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged extensive views on the operational areas of credit bureaus, existing market practices, and development trends within the sector. In addition, discussions were held on the development of credit information infrastructure, the expansion of data ecosystems, and the application of modern analytical approaches.

Furthermore, the parties exchanged views on the role of innovative technologies in the field of credit reporting, strengthening data-driven decision-making capabilities, and initiatives implemented in the direction of digital transformation within the financial sector.
