The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) was represented at the International Finance and Banking Summit 2026, held in Baku on 9–10 June 2026, through its pioneering business-to-customer (B2C) platform, Findoc.

During the event, forum participants were provided with the opportunity to register online for the Findoc portal and gain access to their digital credit histories. ACB representatives also provided comprehensive information about the platform and answered attendees’ questions regarding its functionality and services.

Developed in line with international best practices, Findoc is a unified platform integrated with ACB’s database, enabling individuals to access information collected about their credit obligations by financial institutions.

The portal offers a range of innovative services, including:


History Services


-       Credit history reports;

 

-       Credit score reports;

 

-       Information on traffic fines issued to individuals by the Main State Traffic Police Department;

 

-       Information on court cases involving individuals provided by the Ministry of Justice;

 

-       Information on obligations determined by enforcement and probation authorities;

 

-       Information on notarized debt agreements.


Notification Services


-       Notifications regarding payment delays;

 

-       Notifications when a credit history report is requested;

 

-       Notifications on credit score updates;

 

-       Notifications on changes to the original loan amount;

 

-       Notifications on changes in loan status;

 

-       Notifications on newly added loans;

 

-       Notifications on monthly data updates.


Forwarding Services


-       Downloading credit history reports in PDF format;

 

-       Obtaining credit history reports signed with Asan Imza;

 

-       Forwarding credit history reports from ACB’s official email address to another email address.


Electronic Applications


-       Submission of electronic applications regarding information considered inaccurate in a credit report.


Every user registered through the Findoc portal is entitled to receive their credit history report and credit score report free of charge twice per year.

With more than 200,000 registered users, the Findoc portal operates in real time and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
